Troubleshoot 123 HP Officejet 7110 Printer settings:

Clean Paper Jam 

  • Switch Off your Printer and then open the cartridge access door
  • Take off the cleanout from cartridge access
  • Gently pull off the jammed paper from cleanout and replace it in the cartridge access
  • After the above steps, close the cartridge access door and press OK on the Printer Control Panel to continue the Print Job

Improve Print Quality:

  • Always use the Power button present on the 123 HP Officejet 7110 Printer to switch OFF your Printer Device. This protects the Printer Ink cartridges from drying out completely
  • Use original HP Ink cartridges and supplies
  • Select the right Paper type using the Media drop down menu present in the 123 HP Officejet 7110 Printer Software

  • Open the 123 HP Officejet 7110 printer software on your computer by following the methods given below.
  • Depending on your Operating System access Print & Scan option
  • Windows 8 or 10: Right-Click on the empty area of the screen on your desktop. Select all Apps, and run the 123 HP Officejet 7110 Printer Icon
  • Windows 7: Click on the Start button in your Desktop and select All Programs, choose 123 HP Officejet 7110 and then click 123 HP Officejet 7110 series
  • Click on the Print & Scan option, and then select Maintain your Printer Tab to view Printer Toolbox
  • On the Printer Toolbox select the Device Services Tab to click Align Ink Cartridges
  • After aligning the Ink Cartridges click Print a Diagnostics Page from the Printer Software

Align the Cartridges from the Printer Display:

  • Using the Printer Control Panel select the Tools Menu
  • On the Tools menu select Align Printer button and follow the on screen instructions to Align Cartridges

Print a Diagnostics Page from the 123 HP Officejet 7110 Printer Software:

  • Load plain sheets of paper onto the paper tray of the Printer
  • Open the 123 HP Officejet 7110 printer software on your computer
  • Depending on your Operating System access Print & Scan
  • Windows 8 or 10: Right-Click on the empty area of the screen on your desktop. Select all Apps, and run the 123 HP Officejet 7110 Printer Icon
  • Windows 7: Click on the Start button in your Desktop and select All Programs, choose 123 HP Officejet 7110 and then click 123 HP Officejet 7110 series
  • Click on the Print & Scan option, and then select Maintain your Printer Tab to view Device Reports Tab
  • Choose Print Diagnostic Information from the Device Reports Tab
  • Clear the Print Queue

Print a Diagnostics Page from the Windows Control Panel:

  • From the Windows Control Panel click on Devices and Printers
  • Open 123 HP Officejet 7110 Printer Icon and click print queue
  • From the Printer Menu click on Cancel all documents or Purge print documents, and then click Yes button

123 HP Officejet 7110 Printer Software Settings:

  • Depending on the Operating System, access Print, Scan & Fax option. Click Print, Scan & Fax option, and then Click Set default Preferences in the Printer Software. This will restore the Printer to default settings.
  • Windows 8 or 10: Right-Click on the empty area of the screen on your desktop. Select all Apps, and run the 123 HP Officejet 7110 Printer Icon
  • Windows 7: Click on the Start button in your Desktop and select All Programs, choose 123 HP Officejet 7110 and then click 123 HP Officejet 7110 series
  • For selecting the number of pages per sheet, go to the Layout Tab and click on pages per sheet drop down menu, select the required number of pages per sheet
  • Using the Layout Tab you can select the page orientation to either Portrait or Landscape
  • Click on the Advanced Button in the Layout Tab to view the advanced settings
  • Print in Gray scale: This feature enables you to reserve the black ink cartridge alone for printing black and white documents. Choose the Black Ink Only checkbox present in the Print in Gray scale option Tab and then Click OK
  • 123 HP Officejet 7110 Real Life Technologies: This feature enables you to smoother and sharpen the images and graphics for an improved print quality.
